Order Processing

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. 

For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.

Delivery Within New Zealand

- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days  
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days  
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)

Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.

We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.

Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

Crafted from rustic reclaimed materials, the Valletta collection was inspired by the capital of Malta, known for its long hours of sunshine, historical architecture and surrounding clear waters which make the island a dream location.

Just like the historical Valletta, this collection has its own stories, told by reclaimed wood with markings of a previous life, and completed in a smooth Rustic Morning Mist finish.

The Timber
Most of P.G.T.'s wood is sourced from larch, pine, fir and assorted semi hardwoods reclaimed from discarded packing crates, pallets and dismantled buildings. After the wood has been collected and sorted, all nails and debris is removed by hand.

The recycled wood is kiln dried to exacting specifications, the off-cut timber being used to fuel the kilns and boilers. Strict control of moisture content ensures there will be no warping or splitting. Each product is assembled by hand and finely sanded. Original nail holes and imperfections are retained to enhance the character of the wood.

By using traditional joinery techniques we assure longevity. Hand brushing technique create a unique patina, colour and feeling of warmth. Some finishes take up to a year to research, test and perfect. The result is furniture which will add character and style to any home.  

The PGT-RECLAIMED label provides customers with complete peace of mind.

Construction Solid recycled timber certified by the Rainforest Alliance and FSC approved. Crafted using traditional methods of joinery with a 7 step finish to provide a deeply lustrous glaze that is both beautiful and hard-wearing.
