Water brings out a turquoise blue, soda changes colour to a deeper royal blue, and adding a few drops of citrus changes the colour again, this time to purple.

Our loose leaf organically grown Blue Lemongrass is made from pure, high quality, hand-cut lemongrass with intense lemon and mint flavours.

The lemongrass is cut using an invention designed by Ashok, one of the estates key team members.

'I grew up on a tea plantation. But I always dreamed of becoming an inventor. At Amba Estate we needed a machine to cut our lemongrass better.
