Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

It'll be good old-fashioned fun minus the guilt trip - we use only All Natural ingredients and absolutely no sugar, so you can relax knowing your pup is getting nothing but the best. Dog approved!
Scoop Dog Ice Cream is the tummy-loving way your dog can enjoy ice cream with only natural human-grade ingredients, including New Zealand Goats Milk and New Zealand Honey to ensure your pup gets much needed vitamins and nutrients too. It feels good to let you pet indulge in something special without adding sugar or other preservatives. All you have to do is add water, freeze, and enjoy! Give your pup the treat they deserve with Scoop Dog Choccy Ice Cream.
How to: Empty contents of the ice cream tub into small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of hot tap water and whisk. Pour back into the container and replace lid. Put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Serving: Serve right out of the container, allow to thaw for 15 minutes, or freeze into silicone moulds for convenience.
Serving Size: Small Dog 1 Dessert Spoon, Medium Dog 2 Dessert Spoons, Large Dog 2-3 Dessert Spoons. Once per day.
