Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

Scoop Dog Ice Cream is not only mouth watering but also a nutritious treat alternative. Each flavour is made from All Natural, premium ingredients, and has no sugar added or other nasties so you can feel good about serving it to your dog! Just add water, freeze and enjoy!
How to: Empty contents of the ice cream tub into small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of hot tap water and whisk until all lumps are removed. Pour back into the container and replace lid. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
Serving: Serve right out of the container, allow to thaw for 15 minutes for easier scooping or freeze into silicone moulds.
Serving Size: Small Dog 1 Dessert Spoon, Medium Dog 2 Dessert Spoons, Large Dog 2-3 Dessert Spoons. Once per day.
